Price Adjustment Policy
Where I can track the status of my order?
Your Factory tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at GUESS Factory Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the UPS site and enter your Factory tracking number.
NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online
What payment methods are accepted?
GUESS Factory Online accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, Union Pay, Paypal, and Gift Cards. Please note that PayPal and Gift Cards cannot be combined at this time. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. GUESS Factory reserves the right to request additional identification, if this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
All Second Business Day and Next Business Day orders are shipped via UPS.
For Standard Shipping order, please track you package vis the UPS and USPS websites.
*For second day and next day shipping, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. Pt to be shipped the same day. Packages will be shipped and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pt on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday do not ship until the following Monday.

UPS Access Points are vetted, and trusted partners based in locations throughout the US.
How does it work?
Select UPS Access Point during checkout and enter your ZIP code to see locations near you. Your item(s) will be shipped to the location of your choice. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. You will need to show a valid government ID and tracking number when collecting your order.
The hours of the UPS Access Point will vary; they will be displayed when you select a location.
How long will my order be available to pick up?
Your package will be available for 7 calendar days. An email reminder will be sent to you if your package if it is not picked up before the 7 days expire and the order is returned to us.
Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO & FPO addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to APO or FPO boxes within the United States are automatically shipped via USPS ground; delivery timelines for these orders vary depending on location. Some items may not be eligible.
Shipping time estimates
Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow an average of one additional business day for processing and note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra charge to you. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including shipping/billing verification and credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. During peak holiday periods, orders may take longer to process and ship. Once an order has been processed, actual delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control, including but not limited to disruptions to the UPS or USPS networks. Under any circumstance, GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Second Day and Next Day shipping services are not available for certain remote destinations.
How do I place a gift order?
When placing your order, please select "Is this a Gift?" during the checkout process. Price tags will be removed from the item(s) and a gift receipt with no pricing information will be included with the order. You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the gift receipt.
