Q: Why can’t I find any merchandise on GUESSFactory.com?
A: Don’t worry, even though you can no longer order online, you can visit any of
our GUESS Factory store locations and find great merchandise to choose from.
Q: How can I return an item I recently ordered?
A: If you previously placed an order with GUESSFactory.com but are not satisfied
with your purchase, simply choose one of the following convenient options to return
your merchandise:
1. Return To A Store
Returning has never been easier. Simply bring the item(s), along with your original
receipt, photo ID, and the credit card you used when you placed your order, to any
GUESSFactory store. You will be refunded the price of the merchandise and any applicable
taxes. Please note shipping charges are not refunded. Use our Store Locator to find
the closest GUESSFactory store.
2. Return By Mail
Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with
the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Affix the enclosed shipping
label to ensure correct delivery. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable
to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from GUESSFactory.com.
If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

Refunds are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price
indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are
not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit
card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Q: What is GUESSFactory.com's Return
Policy?
A: GUESSFactory.com gladly accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise
purchased from GUESSFactory.com
with the original receipt and tags attached for up
to 30 days after purchase. We'll happily accept the return or exchange of
unworn, unwashed or defective items. All swimwear, innerwear, pierced jewelry, fragrances
and body lotions, however, are final sales. Full-priced merchandise returns are
refunded in the method of original payment. If the item was a gift purchased online,
send it back to GUESSFactory.com, along with your online gift receipt, to receive
a gift card redeemable at any GUESSFactory or GUESS store. Please note that GUESS
Retail Stores WILL NOT accept returns from GUESS Factory Stores or GUESSFactory.com.
3. Return/Replace
Simply call this toll-free number: 1-877-44-GUESS, and order your replacement merchandise.
In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no extra charge
for shipping and handling. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise and
refund your credit card for your returned merchandise upon receipt.
RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT
Q: What if I need to make a return, but I've lost my original receipt?
A: If you wish to return your item to GUESSFactory.com, simply include a note along
with your order that includes your order number and your full name (you can find
the order number on the order confirmation email you originally received
). If you wish to return your item to a store, an exchange may be made for merchandise
of equal or lesser value. If you have further questions or require additional assistance,

GIFT RETURNS
Q: How do I return an item I received as a gift?
A: To return an item you received as a gift, you must first reference where the
item was purchased:
1. If the gift was purchased online: Send it back to
GUESSFactory.com, along with your online gift receipt, within 30 days of the original
purchase to receive a gift card redeemable at any GUESSFactory store. IMPORTANT:
If you wish to receive a gift card in the mail upon return, please note your request
on the back of the online gift receipt, otherwise, a refund will be issued back
to the original credit card used for the purchase. You may also return a GUESSFactory.com
item to a GUESSFactory store. Please refer to our return policy above for more details
on returning to a GUESSFactory store.
2. If the gift was purchased in a GUESSFactory Store:
Return it to a GUESSFactory store, along with your gift receipt, within 30 days
of the original purchase. If your item was not purchased online, you may not return
it to GUESSFactory.com. Please refer to our return policy above for more details
on returning to a GUESSFactory retail store.
3. If the gift was purchased at a retailer other than
GUESSFactory: The merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was originally
purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
